High

ALIVE Cardio

Class focused on elevated heart rate. Sprints, bike choreography, and music that makes you fly.

 
Medium-High

ALIVE Endurance

Resistance and climb work. Here you build mental and physical strength pedaling against resistance.

ALIVE Power

Combination of power intervals and strength. Arms included with light weights. Full-body workout.

Moderate

ALIVE Reset

A more introspective class. Steady pace, lots of inner work, perfect for reconnecting after an intense week.
